OUR RETURN POLICY: We guarantee customer satisfaction on all Stages of Beauty products with a 30-day return policy.
Automatic home delivery customers: If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, you can return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.
All other customers: Refunds are offered for returned unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.
To obtain your refund, please call us at 1-877-869-3162 (Mon–Fri: 7am–9pm CST and Sat: 8am–4:30pm CST). We'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you should clearly write on the outside of the box. To receive your refund, make sure to return your product with the proper RMA number within 30 days of purchase. You pay for return shipping. Please address the return package to: Stages of Beauty - BP 3, 105 Commerce Dr, Aston, PA 19014. We recommend that you get proof of shipment of your return. Once we receive your returned product, we'll issue a refund to your credit card. It normally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
